JOB OVERVIEW

As the On-Site Project Coordinator, you will oversee on-site logistics, manage homeowner interactions, and ensure projects meet our standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Salary: $40K - $60K!
• Healthcare Allowance: Up to $750/month!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in construction, roofing, or project management preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Proficiency with technology for photo documentation and communication
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• On-Site Presence: Supervise job site operations, ensuring smooth project progress
• Material Management: Pick up additional materials as needed to keep projects on track
• Customer Communication: Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, providing updates and answering questions
• Photo Documentation: Capture key project stages using CompanyCam for quality assurance and transparency
• Neighborhood Relations: Engage with neighbors, distribute business cards, and address concerns
• Review Collection: Request homeowner feedback and reviews to enhance our online presence
• City Inspections: Coordinate and ensure compliance with local inspection requirements
• Site Cleanup: Oversee and enforce thorough cleanup of job sites
• Code Compliance: Ensure installations adhere to local codes and Tresnak Roofing’s high standards
• Community Outreach: Assist in marketing efforts, including canvassing and distributing mailers
