POSITION OVERVIEW

As the On-Site Project Coordinator, you’ll oversee job site logistics, communicate with homeowners, and ensure each project meets our high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Salary: $40K - $60K
• Healthcare Allowance: Up to $750/month
• Phone Bill Covered
• Discretionary Christmas Bonus
• Company Vehicle Provided
• Sales Bonus: Earn 3% commission on jobs sold in the neighborhood

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in construction, roofing, or project management preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Proficiency with technology for photo documentation and communication
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• On-Site Presence: Oversee job site operations, ensuring efficiency and quality
• Material Management: Pick up additional materials as needed to keep projects on schedule
• Customer Communication: Act as the primary contact for homeowners, providing updates and answering questions
• Photo Documentation: Capture project progress using CompanyCam for transparency and quality assurance
• Neighborhood Relations: Engage with neighbors, distribute business cards, and address concerns
• Review Collection: Request homeowner feedback and reviews to build our online reputation
• City Inspections: Schedule and oversee local inspection requirements
• Site Cleanup: Ensure job sites are left clean and safe
• Code Compliance: Verify all work adheres to local building codes and Tresnak Roofing’s quality standards
• Community Outreach: Support marketing efforts, including canvassing and distributing mailers
